Offering in-person counselling and therapy sessions to adults in Newent, Gloucestershire, and online therapy sessions for adults based throughout the UK.

I offer a free initial 20-minute telephone consultation, so we can decide whether we would like to work together.

If we decide to go ahead, I will send you my paperwork to read through and complete, and a link to my YouTube channel of somatic resources and helpful things to know.

My therapy sessions last for 50-minutes and can be either weekly or fortnightly, depending upon your needs.

I currently have some available slots during Tuesday afternoon / evening, Wednesday afternoon, Thursday afternoon, and Friday morning, but if this doesn't work for you, do get in touch and we can discuss options.

My in-person sessions are £50 and my online sessions are £40, to be paid at least 48 hours prior. 

You are free to end sessions at any time, but I would ask for at least 2 weeks notice where possible, to ensure that we can build an ending that feels as therapeutic as possible for you.
